InteractBox at Qalandiya International 2016

At Dar El Nimr the Qalandiya International 2016: This Sea is Mine exhibition was held starting beginning of October. The exhibition included old Palestinian pictures and items explaining the roots of Palestine and its heritage. The exhibition was divided to several areas, one of the rooms they wanted to display HD old videos about Palestine archive where people can go through videos and skip when needed.

VIYV’s team customised a control room using the same concept as InteractBox where guests can skip, pause, rewind, forward, or play the videos in HD  by using a joystick and switcher buttons.

The control room had four different screens where videos are synched together on these screens. Once the video was played it would play on the four screens at the same time and skipped at the same time.

The users enjoyed this experience viewing these archived videos.
